A Trip to the Pumpkin Patch

Well it's that time of the year again. And although these aren't the first pumpkins carved this is our first trip to the pumpkin patch.
Here are our guys getting ready for the ride out to the patch.
My Honey & Me!!
Here are the boys with their finished pumpkins. Dad took more pictures, so I will have some more to post when I get them from him. I was seriously up to my elbows in pumpkin guts!

A Quick Trip North!

It's not often that we head North to see Mom & Dad H. But this last weekend that was the case. They have been doing some traveling and got as close to us as Moses Lake, Washington. So we jumped in the car and headed their way.
Luke enjoyed the playground equipment.

Luke "put up" with posing for Mom.

Calvin too.

Luke had some fun posing for Mom.

Calvin just wanted to get his feet wet to see how cold the water was.

Luke & Daddy!

Here we are with Lake Moses in the background.

While the hand holding is cute.... I really thought it would lead to one pulling the other down with him.

But as you can tell from these next few. Calvin went in without assistance.

I think he found out just how cold it was. Sorry for the blurriness, but it's hard to hold still when you are laughing hysterically!!

So, Calvin.... How cold was it???

My Honey!!!

Mom & Dad playing at the park at Soap Lake.

Calvin wanted to see how fast he could go.

When the wind blows there is supposed to be lots of bubble, sometimes up to a foot high at the shoreline. But this was all we could find.

He likes to live dangerously!! I have to tell you, Mom, he was watching and waiting for you to see him and tell him to get down. Reminds me of another little blonde boy I know!!

Well...... the rodeo was just in town!!

You can't say we don't make our own fun!!

Pretending to fall in. Not funny!!! See previous pictures for explanation.

Side Note: I stopped packing extra clothes when they stopped using diapers.

Calvin & I.

( I stood on a rock so I would be that much taller!! Hee hee!!)
